Job Summary

Do you bring a strong mix of commercial and technical expertise along with Six Sigma experience In this new position we have the perfect opportunity for you! You will support the introduction and implementation of the strategy for continuous improvement productivity and lean strategy. Your focus will be on monitoring and improving organizational processes. You will make them more efficient and sustainable for everyone.
Your exciting main tasks
- Drive continuous improvement activities and methodologies
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to synchronize and prioritize improvement activity
- Identify improvement areas/gaps utilizing lean tools including value stream mapping of key business processesand lead improvement plans
- Provide Training Assessment and Coaching to successfully deploy Operational Excellence Model and implement effective Improvement Action Plans to support facilities as they embark on their Lean Journeys
Your background
- Completed studies in business administration or engineering or comparable experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar job
- Six Sigma Black Beltis a big plus
- Excellent German and English skills at a minimum C1 level
- Willingness to question existing structure and be open to change
