Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques products and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
