As a Construction Estimator with SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids - 10792 you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role you will estimate a wide range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee estimating and payment schedules
- Ensure project maintains completion schedules and budgetary requirements
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of work.
- Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos contracts change orders in conjunction with construction project managers
- Perform end-of-job debrief with project managers
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Xactimate proficiency needed
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e. driving sitting climbing)
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
