Job Summary

The Assistant Principal - 12 month position
- Team collaboration: Work as a team with the other administrators in collaboration strategy and planning.
- Servant Leadership: Serve the students and staff in ways that honor and support the culture and vision of the NCLA.
- Character: Demonstrate dedication availability and humility. Dedication to the teachers and tasks assigned available to help where needed and teachable to culture and values of the NCLA.
- Assist in developing establishing and following the schools goals and objectives.
- Assist in planning the schools instructional program with other administrators.
- Assist in the evaluation of staff and initiating needed improvements.
- Collaborate with other necessary staff in setting budget priorities.
- Develop a personal growth plan for professional knowledge and skills with input from the Principal of the NCLA.
- Embrace the standard of discipline for the NCLA. As needed share information about the NCLA discipline policy and procedures to parents students staff and the community.
- Communicate and carry out established policies
- Delegate and take responsibility for completing tasks communicating program goals objectives and policies to the community.
- Assist in completing records reports and inventories
- Assist and supervise after-school programs and activities
