As an Account Director Multi-Account Support you will play a crucial supporting role to the Global Account Manager who retains primary responsibility for all strategic and contractual relationship deliverables. Your focus will be on coordinating and advancing key initiatives across multiple Tier 1 banking clients ensuring operational excellence and reinforcing Diebold Nixdorfs value as a trusted partner. This is a highly collaborative role that requires keen commercial insight relationship-building skills and the ability to drive multi-account priorities in alignment with global account strategies.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with the Global Account Manager to execute multi-year account plans and key business initiatives across a portfolio of Tier 1 banking clients.
- Prepare executive briefings business reviews and presentations providing research data analysis and market insights to help inform strategic account direction.
- Act as a point of coordination for multi-account activitieshelping to orchestrate solution delivery issue resolution and project tracking across several banking relationships.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations proactively surfacing opportunities feedback and emerging needs to the Global Account Manager.
- Monitor industry developments technology trends and regulatory changes impacting banking clients and synthesize findings to support account strategy evolution.
- Compile and interpret account performance data and business intelligence to help identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations for both day-to-day and strategic decisions.
- Engage internal teamsacross solution finance operations service delivery manufacturing and executive leadershipto ensure seamless delivery and a unified client experience.
- Champion Diebold Nixdorfs standards and compliance policies across all supported accounts assisting the Global Account Manager with oversight of contractual commitments.
- Support process improvement initiatives knowledge sharing and the mentoring of self-managed team as needed to strengthen the broader account team.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in business finance technology or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus.
- 8 years of experience in enterprise account support client partnerships or solution consultingpreferably with exposure to major banking or financial services clients.
- Demonstrated skill supporting complex account management within matrixed multinational organizations.
- Exceptional communication coordination and relationship-building abilities including experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical research and business development skills with the ability to synthesize information and support strategic initiatives across multiple clients.
- Proficiency with CRM and business analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce Power BI) and comfort navigating dynamic fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel 30 to 40%
Salary Range: $120000 to $130000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications skills competencies geographic location internal equity and relevant experience. You will also be eligible for compensation under the Companys Sales Incentive Plan subject to the rules governing the plan and the metrics established on an annual basis by the plan.
