N-RG Cladding is a leading provider of architectural cladding solutions specializing in terracotta aluminum and ACP cladding services. We take pride in delivering high-quality projects across various industries ranging from commercial buildings to residential developments.
Position Title: Entry-Level Apprentice Field Person
Location: Based out of Orlando FL with frequent travel required to project sites across Florida and occasional out-of-state travel.
Job Type: Full-Time Entry-Level
Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Field Apprentice at N-RG Cladding you will play a pivotal role in supporting our field operations team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry working alongside experienced field personnel on a variety of cladding installation projects. This role requires a dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of terracotta aluminum and ACP cladding systems under the supervision of experienced field personnel.
- Learn and apply safe working practices on construction sites adhering to all company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Support project teams in maintaining project schedules and meeting quality standards.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in cladding installation ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members subcontractors and project managers to facilitate project progress.
- Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction-related fields is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for daily travel to project sites.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions typical of construction environments.
- Strong commitment to safety with the ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in cladding installation and construction practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction is preferred.
