Are you a high-performing Used Car Manager ready to take the wheel at a fast-paced luxury automotive dealership Our Luxury Genesis Store is looking for an energetic experienced leader to manage our high-volume pre-owned department and help drive continued growth and success.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
3 years of used car management experience in a dealership setting
Proven track record of managing high-volume inventory and delivering results
Ability to lead motivate and mentor a top-performing team
Strong understanding of inventory management reconditioning appraisals and pricing strategy
High energy positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow with the company
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the used car department
Manage vehicle acquisition reconditioning pricing and lot merchandising
Work closely with sales finance and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Train and develop staff to hit sales and gross profit targets
Analyze market trends to make smart data-driven decisions
Maintain the luxury brand image through high standards and excellent customer service
