The service provides accommodation and support to male and female clients; working with the clients in a recovery focused way to support them into independent living. The service works collaboratively with clients supporting them in a safe and supportive environment in developing goals plans and strategies to better manage their mental health substance misuse and any associated risks.
In the role of Caseworker you will be involved in undertaking key working activities taking referrals conducting assessments inducting clients into the service supporting clients to access the community and promoting client involvement. Other duties include day to day housing management and health & safety tasks.
About you
We are currently looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to join the team in Bournemouth as Support Workers supporting clients with complex needs in a dual diagnosis supported accommodation setting.
To succeed you will have an understanding of the needs and support requirements of people with complex needs. Youll also have the ability to establish an effective working relationship with these clients be client centred and possess the skills to carry out comprehensive assessment and action plans.
You will be working a shift rota that includes evenings weekends bank holidays and sleep ins.
