Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven CoE Leadto head ourCompras & COO Finance CoE Lead a key Centre of Expertise supporting the COO Domain. This role is central to ensure we become role model in the end-to-end provider management and to ensure operational and financial integrity across COO Domain.

You will lead four expert Teams (Source & Contract vendor management Invoicing & COO Finance & Reconciliation) and play a pivotal role in shaping the COO domains transformation journey ensuring it is efficient scalable and future-ready. A strong affinity with emerging technologies including(Gen) AI automation and data analytics will be essential to reimagine and elevate operational performance.

Your key responsibilities:

As the Compras & COO Finance CoE Lead you will:

• Define and drive Strategy: Set the strategic direction of the CoE aligning provider management priorities with the broader bank and COO financial strategy priorities and roadmap.
• Ensure Financial Excellence for COO domain: Oversee budgeting accounting reconciliation and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. SOX Securities Accruals) and drive cost efficiency and transparency.
• Lead Provider onboarding management and invoicing process across the bank ensuring robust governance performance monitoring and continuous improvement of third-party services.
• Champion Innovation and Technology: Leverage new technologies including (Gen)AI Machine Learning or other automation techniques to streamline operations enhance decision-making and unlock future-proof efficient solutions.
• Deliver Operational Control: Manage end-to-end COO financial and provider-related processes ensuring risk mitigation process optimization and alignment with INGs risk appetite.
• Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives ensuring delivery of financial and operational requirements and supporting key milestones.
• Inspire and Develop Talent: Lead and grow a high-performing team of experts. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at local and global level.

What are we looking for

Were looking for a strategic leader with a passion for innovation as well as a strong operational and financial background. If the following describes you wed love to hear from you:

• 10 years of experience in finance operations and provider management ideally in a leadership role within a complex international environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire develop and empower multidisciplinary teams.
• Affinity with new technologies including GenAI automation and digital tools to drive transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels (both local and global).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Autonomous proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• High energy curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
• Strong academic background (Masters degree preferred) in Finance Business or related fields.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Estamos buscando un lder de CoE estratgico y orientado a resultados para dirigir nuestro CoE Lead de Compras y Finanzas de COO un centro de experiencia clave que apoya el dominio de COO. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que nos convirtamos en un modelo a seguir en la gestin integral de proveedores y para garantizar la integridad operativa y financiera en todo el dominio del COO.

Dirigir cuatro equipos de expertos (Source & Contract vendor management Invoicing & COO Finance & Reconciliation) y desempear un papel fundamental en la configuracin del viaje de transformacin del dominio de COO asegurando que sea eficiente escalable y preparado para el futuro. Responsabilidades claves:

Como CoE Lead de Compras & COO Finance son:

• Definir e impulsar la estrategia: Establecer la direccin estratgica del CoE alineando las prioridades de gestin de proveedores con la estrategia las prioridades y la hoja de ruta financieras ms amplias del banco y del COO.
• Garantizar la excelencia financiera para el dominio del COO: Supervisar los procesos de elaboracin de presupuestos contabilidad conciliacin e informes financieros. Garantice el cumplimiento de los estndares regulatorios (por ejemplo SOX valores devengos) e impulse la rentabilidad y la transparencia.
• Proceso de incorporacin gestin y facturacin de proveedores lderes en todo el banco lo que garantiza una gobernanza slida monitoreo del rendimiento y mejora continua de los servicios de terceros.
• Defender la innovacin y la tecnologa: aprovechar las nuevas tecnologas incluidas la (Gen)IA el aprendizaje automtico u otras tcnicas de automatizacin para optimizar las operaciones mejorar la toma de decisiones y desbloquear soluciones eficientes preparadas para el futuro.
• Control operativo: Gestionar los procesos financieros y relacionados con los proveedores de COO de extremo a extremo asegurando la mitigacin de riesgos la optimizacin de procesos y la alineacin con el apetito de riesgo de ING.
• Apoyar proyectos estratgicos: Contribuir a iniciativas multifuncionales asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos financieros y operativos y apoyando hitos clave.
• Inspirar y desarrollar el talento: Liderar y hacer crecer un equipo de expertos de alto rendimiento. Fomentar una cultura de colaboracin innovacin y aprendizaje continuo.
• Interactuar con las partes interesadas snior: Actuar como un asesor de confianza para la alta direccin proporcionando ideas y recomendaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratgicas a nivel local y global.

• Slida formacin acadmica (preferiblemente maestra) en Finanzas Negocios o campos relacionados.
