By joining PwCs Data & AI team you will be a key driver in shaping our AI Machine Learning and advanced analytics strategies. Working with clients across various industries you will engage in hands-on work with complex and diverse datasets developing implementing and optimising sophisticated models and algorithms. While your primary focus will be on data science and machine learning your work may also extend to AI and Generative AI offering unique challenges and opportunities for cutting-edge learning. Your expertise will be crucial in converting business challenges into data-driven solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What youll do:
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Implement best practices in data science workflows and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations and strategic initiatives facilitating seamless integration into business operations through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate machine learning solutions into production systems using MLOps frameworks focusing on process improvement and automation.
- Mentor junior team members and guide projects from ideation to deployment fostering professional growth and technical expertise within the team.
What were looking for:
- Experience: 4 years of experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a business environment.
- Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
- Communication Skills:Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen:Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Scala.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka is a plus.
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with data science services in Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Ability to implement MLOps using common frameworks such as MLflow.
