We are seeking to hire an experienced construction professional to join our Sales & Estimating team.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interact and communicate with clients in commercial government and industrial sectors environments.
Perform on-site and virtual take-offs
Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
Create estimates and proposals
Review and manage plans specifications contracts and scopes of work.
Create Project handoff documents
Participate in Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education And Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma
2 Years of Experience in Construction as an Estimator or Project Manager is required.
Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift Bluebeam Edge Stack etc..)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
