Senior Business Operations Specialist

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations teams at one of the following locations: San Antonio TX Hazelwood MO Plano TX or Seattle WA. This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm for the Director of BGS Business Operations / Safety & Quality Program.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetings

• Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced high visibility and ever-changing environment

• Coordinate artifacts presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders

• Track actions to resolution

• Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote SharePoint File shares Outlook etc.)

• Lead executive reporting the Safety & Quality Program

• Serve as a strategic partner to BGS Business Operations Leadership to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems tools and processes

• Collect organize and visualize data into insights

• Partner with Director of BGS Business Operations / Safety & Quality Program on special projects

• Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination implementation and completion

• 5 years of experience collecting organizing and analyzing data

• 5 years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics

• 5 years of experience leading projects

• 5 years of experience creating executive level presentations

• Experience working with geographically diverse teams

• Experience working with confidential information

• Exhibit strength in: business acumen critical thinking building positive relationships problem solving and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred

• Experience working in Program Management Business Operations Finance
