Job Summary:
The Performance Lead is responsible for defining tracking and interpreting initiative performance metrics across all Prudential agency squad workstreams. This role ensures that every initiative from recruitment uplift to top-tier progression and enablement rollouts are measured with clarity and continuously improved through data-driven feedback loops. You will partner closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs are aligned to business intent progress is tracked rhythmically and outcomes are translated into actionable learnings that inform postlaunch reinforcements or pivots.
Job Descriptions:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics or equivalent field
8 12 years in analytics performance management business intelligence or strategy-related functions
Experience in reporting/analytics for field-force-led environments (insurance sales distribution agency)
Demonstrated ability to translate numbers into business action
Skilled in dashboard design performance tracking and behavioral insight generation
Experience working with multi-functional teams and initiative owners to embed KPIs into planning and rollout
Former actuarial experience in insurance will be an advantage
Key Skills & Traits:
Highly analytical with strong business acumen - not just a reporter but an advisor
Strong communicator - able to analyse and tell stories from data
Structured and precise in building tracking frameworks
Comfortable operating across multiple initiatives with fast-moving priorities
