About The Opportunity
As a member of our talented and high-performing CX team at TotalEnergies NZ you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our business. Working out of our Head Office in Hastings and alongside four passionate teammates you will contribute to ensuring our clients receive an exemplary customer experience from TENZ every time!
Were on a journey to enhance our customer experience and as our key contact point for a portfolio of customers nationwide you will provide vital input into improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our service offering. We expect this project will take up to 12 months to complete and this fixed term role is likely to be extended or could transition into a new opportunity once weve finalised our new operating rhythm.
This part-time role will be for a minimum of 25 hours per week (ideally spread over 3-5 days). Were open to discussion on how this schedule could best suit you if you have preferred days and hours of work please let us know in your application.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Liaise with a portfolio of customers nationwide reaching out proactively to assess their product needs process sales and provide updates on TENZ latest developments and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Technical teams and our nationwide Branch network to ensure an efficient and highly customer-focused service experience.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams to resolve complex customer enquiries regarding product utilisation and delivery timeframes.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the wider business and identify creative ways to improve efficiencies effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction.
- Support and encourage a high standard of health and safety practices in alignment with our organisational priority of ensuring everyone goes home safely every night.
What You Bring to the Table
Our ideal candidate willbe an excellent communicator have plenty of energy love variety and be happy to get stuck in as a real team player. Previous experience in a Customer Service Sales or Call Centre role will be advantageous as will any experience working within the oils and lubricants industry.
In addition to the above we are looking for a candidate with:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal including a clear and super friendly but professional phone manner.
- A knack for picking up and learning new systems and processes and passing these learnings onto others in a helpful and methodical way.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an aptitude for prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A positive proactive can do attitude.
- A forward-thinking growth mindset that embraces continuous improvement and innovation.
