An HR Coordinator assists with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department. This role will support the HR department with various projects including (but not limited to) recruitment onboarding benefit administration leave management administration and event planning. This position will manage communications with employees clients and vendors responding to and coordinating responses to HR requests.
What You will Do
- Own the new hire onboarding process including background check management and first day orientation.
- Assist with recruitment process inclusive of candidate outreach and calendar coordination.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Support with annual engagement surveys and review process.
- Manage the companys intranet site for the HR team.
- Own leave and benefit programs and triage issues as they come in.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS system
- Assist the department in carrying out various programs and activities.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 2 years of HR Administrator experience
- Associates degree in human resources
- Proven efficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS Systems (UltiPro is a plus).
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
