Job Title: Warehouse Associate I
Pay Rate:$20.00/hr
Shift: First Shift Monday through Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
(Breaks: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch)
Employment Type:Full-Time Temp-to-Perm
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate I to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations ensuring product integrity and maintaining compliance with FDA standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (as low as 24F) with provided PPE.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Flexibility to take on varied warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Primary Duties
- Perform GMP services such as relabeling repacking inspections and aggregated serialization of products.
- Work in refrigerated space on a rotation schedule (a few hours in/out).
- Use RF scanners for tracking and palletize shipments as required.
- Execute tasks independently while contributing in a group setting.
- Operate warehouse tools including Kleve Cutters and tape guns.
- Assist full-time associates with packing Cold Chain packages.
- Offload packages from conveyor belts onto pallets.
General Duties
- Cooler Prep:Prepare refrigerated shipments by handling gel packs bubble bags and shipper placement.
- Cardboard Disposal:Collect and recycle cardboard (site recycles over 20 tons annually).
- Warehouse Cleaning:Maintain cleanliness per FDA standards and safety requirements.
- Void Fill:Use air pillows to prevent shifting during shipping.
- Line Offload:Place shipped cartons onto correct pallets for UPS shipments.
- Box Erector/Box Making:Ensure carton supplies are available and maintained.
- Order Fulfillment:Assist with picking/packing orders as needed.
- Other Duties:Support additional warehouse functions to meet daily goals.
