Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. At least two years of progressively responsible administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment preferably in higher education or admissions. Excellent customer service interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Zoom. Experience with database management and admissions-specific software highly desirable. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
