As an Engineering Manager you will oversee all engineering activities driving innovation ensuring project execution and aligning team goals with the companys overall objectives. Youll provide strategic leadership to a talented group of engineers manage daily operations and take ownership of delivering projects on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal Engineering Manager brings a strong background in operations management preferably within defense or aerospace manufacturing. You will need excellent leadership and problem-solving skills proficiency with CATIA SolidWorks and project management tools and the ability to communicate complex technical details with confidence. Experience in stamping CNC machining tool and die design laser cutting and welding will set you apart while knowledge of ITAR regulations is essential.
