The Position
Independent handle supply related requirements. Independent handle customer special needs cooperate and support with cross-department to give solutions.
Support on Tracking the international logistics performance contact with global supply chain and global forwarder on corrective actions and optimizations.
Support on local logistics services providers management monitor the vendors performance if aligned with Roche standards international and national regulations. Support on Monitoring KPI report of local logistics operations implement the internal/external management measures to keep performance in continuous improvement.

Create an atmosphere of teamwork as individual contributor ensure working efficiency quality achieve the planned target. Collaborate with related functions and stakeholders in order to ensure supply. Follow up the business environment market trend changing closely.
Responsible orders for review tracking management and issues that arise in the order need to resolve and organize feedback in a timely manner. Discover and escalade potential issue in workflow to leaders provide suggestion base on work experience.

Regularly and random check the logistics transactional data and documents mainly covering the inbound warehousing transportation stock reconciling stock take ordering assets and write-off ensure the operational data and document 100% accuracy. Deliver analyze and interpret the reports of logistics operations support to figure out the findings from the view of End-to- End logistics flow.

Support on Design and compose operation standards keep monitoring on cross function working procedure change and contribute the supply and order expertise from end to end perspective enable the operation standards rational and efficient.
Support on system enhancement and process management on order handling. Support system related issues to enhance the development of transparent supply chain information networks.
Support for the supply and order related trainings to internal departments or external customers. Collect feedbacks as inputs to sustained improvements in process.
Ensure the supply chain data is managed strictly. Data sharing principle should be authorized by Line Manager in advance.
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure Roche Behavior in Business Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues Roche Safety Security Health and Environmental Protection.
Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line managers SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
