Job Description
The expected pay range for the Maui Region Sales Manager in Puunene (Central Maui Baseyard) Hawaii is $75000 to $95000 a year plus commission.
HPM Building Supply in Puunene (Central Maui Baseyard) Hawaii is seeking to hire a Sales Manager for the Maui Region. The Sales Manager in partnership with the Regional Manager leads the sales team in a geographic region to expertly serve customers maintain high standards and meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager ensures correct staffing levels and is responsible for hiring training and providing guidance to sales team members. The Sales Manager will travel occasionally to other islands (Lnai Molokai Oahu Big Island).

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coach mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets - while leading by example.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong history of building and maintaining long-term relationships with contractors pro customers and key accounts with a reputation for trust and service excellence.
Strategic Sales Acumen: Experience developing and executing a regional sales strategy setting budgets and aligning team efforts with overall company goals.
Results Orientation: Track record of driving revenue growth improving margins and capturing new accounts in a competitive market.
Operational Savvy: Ability to collaborate across departments (operations purchasing finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building materials / construction supply industry and an understanding of the Maui markets unique challenges (logistics supply chains workforce).
Community Engagement: Willingness to represent HPM in local industry associations and community organizations building our presence and reputation.
Talent Development: Skilled in hiring training and developing sales professionals to build a strong bench for future growth.
Cultural Alignment: Commitment to HPMs ESOP values ohana-style teamwork and contributing to a positive uplifting workplace culture.
