Landscape Maintenance
Groundskeeper - Private Estate - Santa Ana (Lemon Heights)
$49920k to $54080k ($24-$26/hr.)
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday
Join our 3 person landscape crew to maintain the grounds of a private estate. Refrigerator microwave restroom facilities on-site. Owner provides tools and equipment. Pants shirts winter jacket boots and rain gear after 3 months on the job. Payroll is every other Friday by Direct Deposit to your bank with required State/Federal deductions.
Benefits include the following: Aetna Value Network HMO or Aetna Open Access Health Plan (PPO) which permits you to select your own qualified physician. Vision and dental health plans are available but not required. The employer pays 100% of the premium for the HMO or 79% of the premium for the PPO. A 401(k) plan is available along with $50000 of employer-paid life insurance. Paid time off includes 6 holidays 5 sick days and 5 vacation days. No smoking on site.
