Campus Recruiter(Project-Based 6-Month Term Potential for Extension)
What can you expect in a Campus Recruiter role with TaskUs:
We are looking for a motivated and people-driven Campus Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines. This person will be the first point of contact with universities and colleges across the country helping us build strong partnerships and attract the brightest young professionals.
The Campus Recruiter will manage the full recruitment process for interns and entry-level roles while actively promoting our employer brand on campuses through events career fairs and student engagement programs. Additionally part of their responsibility is to conduct interviews and endorse candidates to hiring managers or relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
University Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with Philippine universities colleges and student organizations to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
Campus Engagement: Represent the company at career fairs info sessions student events and other on-campus/virtual activities to showcase our career opportunities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers and onboarding.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to design campaigns and initiatives that position us as an employer of choice among fresh graduates.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of students and graduates to support current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates from first contact through hiring and onboarding.
Market Insights: Keep updated with recruitment trends in the Philippines student needs and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key metrics related to campus hiring event performance and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Communications or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or university relations (campus recruitment experience is a strong plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable speaking with students faculty and large audiences.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong event coordination and project management skills.
Willingness to travel across the Philippines to attend university events and recruitment activities.
Passion for connecting with and developing young talent.
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
Mostly work-from-home (onsite as needed)
Dayshift Schedule (9:00am to 6:00pm)
