Role description:

For rehiring of QAQC site staff for Hamana Project.

Role accountabilities:

Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standard in quality.
Assist Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements.
Generates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client.
Assist Senior QAQC in all weekly site construction meeting with the client and IN-house Operations team.
Does daily inspection and generates puchlists and NCRs for the review of Senior QAQC prior submission to client.
Ensures and monitors that punchlist internal and clients punchlist are done prior to any viewing or handover.
Knowledgeable in the standard procedures in testing and material inspection.
Ensures that the materials delivered complies with the client standard and specifications.
Implementing quality control policies.
Establish QAQC protocols and process for each project.
Knowledgeable in QAQC auditing and the ISO Quality Management System.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Has 2-8 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Management
Experience on upscale Construction Projects within hospitality sector
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programme
Proven knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Able to communicate with management and Main Client confidently and professionally.
