Haart Estate Agents in Birmingham are seeking a Property Management Manager to take charge of a well-established and successful property management team. We are looking for someone with a solid track record in managing residential properties combined with experience in leading and motivating a team. The role carries responsibility for maintaining compliance driving performance and ensuring an exceptional level of service for our landlords and tenants. Strong people management skills and a thorough knowledge of current property legislation are essential.

What youll be doing as aProperty Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Harborne
- Managing a team of property managers.
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing all check in and check out procedures inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Harborne
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
- Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Develop your team to advance their careers
- Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
Driving Requirements
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
- If you wish to use your own vehicle that vehiclemust beless than10 years old
- To be eligible for a car allowance your vehicle must be less than5 years old.
- Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position and choosing to use your own vehicle)
