POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Development Database Specialist is responsible for the effective management and strategic use of EveryAction our primary CRM platform across Latino Networks agency. Works closely with Leadership (Executive Director Director of Philanthropy and Development Manager) to leverage tools within EveryAction to develop donor acknowledgement pathways to produce regular digital and physical acknowledgement letters. This role supports fundraising and communications goals volunteer management best practices and grants tracking efforts by ensuring the integrity accuracy and accessibility of our data systems in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong technical and analytical skills attention to detail and a passion for using data to drive impact.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Latino Network is a fast-paced highly engaged work environment with satellite operations with positions performing work both onsite and remotely. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
