The Boeing CompanyThe VC-25B Program is seeking a skilled Product Support Integration Specialist to join our Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Management (ILSP&M) team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure successful integration of the products and services required to support the VC-25B Program delivery schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of development programs and the interactions within integrated product teams (IPTs).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the San Antonio TX facility.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide support to logistics management operations including planning coordinating and evaluating the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) for complex systems throughout all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
Manage monitor and integrate product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis spares provisioning technical data training maintenance/modifications support equipment and facilities.
Develop processes and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
Conduct presentations status reviews and monitor execution of support activities.
Review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact.
Aid in programmatic tasks not limited to meeting support presentation development minute-taking action item tracking and weekly reporting.
Communicate effectively on a range of integrated logistics and sustainment topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Security Clearance: An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Engineering or technical degree with a focus on aerospace or related field
Strong knowledge of development programs and enterprise gate processes.
Experience working with integrated product teams and understanding their interactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience working with the United States Air Force (USAF) on military aircraft such as C40 C32 or VC-25 highly desired.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master4 years related work experience 10 years related work experience etc.).
