The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively Marriott). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring termination discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. Are you ready to grow your hospitality career with a hotel transitioning to City Express by Marriott in October 2025 We are seeking professional dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Associates who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Youll be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring each stay is seamless welcoming and reflects our elevated brand standards.
What Youll Do:
Greet and check in/out guests with courtesy and professionalism
Handle room reservations modifications cancellations and special requests
Secure and process payments verify billing accuracy and manage folios/invoices
Provide guests with hotel information directions and local recommendations
Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns
Ensure smooth shift transitions and follow up on outstanding requests
Answer multi-line phones with proper etiquette
Support brand quality cleanliness and safety standards
About You:
Friendly positive attitude with a passion for guest service
Associate degree preferred
2 years of hotel and front desk experience required
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Reliable flexible and available to work days evenings weekends and holidays
Prior hotel front desk experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a polished professional appearance
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
