Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads schedule appointments and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information about our vehicle inventory services and promotions.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a clean driving record and a valid drivers license
- Be available to work full-time including Saturdays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
- Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
