Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled part-timetherapistto join our growingOutpatient Clinic in Ashburn Virginia. As a key member of our clinical team youll provide individual and family therapy for adolescents in ourIntensive Outpatient Program (IOP)andPartial Hospitalization Program (PHP) helping youth and families in theFairfax Countycommunity access high-qualitymental health treatmentclose to home.
Our experienced therapists support families through evidence-based care specializing in treating adolescents facingbehavioral health challenges. We offerDialectical Behavior TherapyandTrauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapyto addressanxiety depression trauma andemotional regulation difficultiesin teens.

Responsibilities
Deliver client-centered care through individualized treatment planning weekly 1:1s group supervision and team collaboration.
Facilitate family group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to support therapeutic goals.
Provide consistent family communication including parent coaching and ongoing support.
Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with state regulations including reporting confidentiality and agency coordination.
Lead discharge planning and program completion aligning with outcome measures and treatment standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- Registered Supervisee in Social work Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy Resident in Counseling.
- LCSW LPC LMFT.
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient IOP or PHP setting.
- Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
- Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
