- Role Title: Clinical Midwifery Educator
- Role Type: Permanent Part time
- Department and Location: Maternity Department Mater Hospital North Sydney.
- Salary: 57.35 AUD base per hour.

About The Role:
- Design deliver and evaluate tailored education programs for students new graduate midwives and experienced midwifery staff.
- Provide clinical support mentorship and supervision to midwives in the birth suite.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align educational initiatives with clinical standards and policies.
- Facilitate the orientation and onboarding of new midwifery staff.
- Support quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with professional guidelines.
About You:
- AHPRA registered.
- Previous Midwifery Education experience desired.
- Cert IV in training (as per other CNE ads at Mater) or working toward.
- 5 years birth suite experience as a Registered Midwife.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
