- Hybrid part time 4 to 10 hours a week

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to serve as the project management specialist 1. This role will provide as needed leadership and support to a team responsible for reviewing and processing:
- Personal Income Tax Returns
- Withholding Tax Returns
- Gross Receipts Tax
- Business Licensing Applications
- The Lead will ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency in all processing activities while serving as a point of contact for escalations and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the tax processing teams daily operations
- Review complex or escalated filings for accuracy and compliance
- Train and mentor team members on procedures systems and regulatory updates
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and resolve issues
- Maintain documentation and reporting for audit and performance tracking
- Serve as a liaison between the team and other departments or external entities
Details:
- 3 years of experience in tax processing or a related field
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software systems
