Are you passionate about adult education experienced in designing engaging learning experiences energized by innovation and ready to make a meaningful impact on the judicial system The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is on the lookout for a creative and adaptable Court Educator to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge education programs for Washingtons court community.
In this role youll work closely with education committees and subject matter experts to help design and develop curriculum and instruction for judicial officers court managers and court staff. Youll apply your knowledge of adult learning principles strategies and best practices to facilitate delivery of highly engaging learning experiences in conferences workshops and webinars. Whether youre supporting internal teams or external stakeholders your work will help ensure Washingtons courts remain informed effective and responsive to the needs of the public.
Reporting to the Court Education Services (CES) Manager youll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation service and continuous learning.

AOC requires employees to reside in Washington State. Any exceptions must be approved. If you are invited to interview and currently reside outside of Washington State seek more information about residency requirements from the AOC hiring manager for this recruitment.
This position requires you to be in the office at least two (2) days per week.
Some of the duties you will perform are:
A combination of education and experience demonstrating a working knowledge and global understanding of education methodology may substitute for education and/or experience requirements.
AND
Must be willing to travel. This position may require periodic travel to support programs in various parts of the state for up to one week at a time.
