Overview
Salary: $50000/year
Scope of Position: The Performance and Tracking Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy consistency and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance generating performance insights and supporting data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Enter review and validate customer records case notes and service data in internal systems.
- Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking.
- Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis.
- Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols.
- Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation reduce errors and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration public administration information systems data management or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry reporting auditing or performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to analyze information identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality compliance and data integrity.
