Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and student-focused Admissions Planners to join our on-site teams across multiple Jersey College campuses. This role bridges student recruitment and academic coordination ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through enrollment and beyond. The ideal candidate is passionate about student success highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Position is on site and is full time day shift - Address is1409 Williams Rd York PA 17402
Key Responsibilities
Admissions and Outreach
Engage prospective students through phone calls emails and in-person interactions
Follow up with new and returning inquiries using CRM tools
Provide accurate information about programs curriculum and policies
Coordinate entrance exams and campus tours
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with enrollment documentation and institutional goals
Academic and Student Support
Track student attendance and academic progress by collecting faculty grades
Maintain and update academic records and curriculum files
Schedule meetings for students faculty and administration
Oversee student orientation and graduation ceremonies
Monitor registration grades and retention reports
Collaborate with financial aid admissions and academic departments to support student success
Foster a welcoming and professional campus environment through visible leadership and engagement
Qualifications and Competencies
High School diploma or GED required; Associates or higher degree preferred
Two to three years of experience in admissions student services or educational operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with CRM platforms and student information systems
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service and active listening abilities
Outgoing and approachable interpersonal style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
