Job Summary

Abri is seeking a Community Development Officer to lead and deliver impactful community investment interventions and activities across our vibrant community hubs Caf 1759 in Bordon and Round About Caf in Mansbridge.

Youll be instrumental in bringing our Community Investment Strategy to life focusing on: Health & Wellbeing Initiatives Community Empowerment Projects Creating thriving inclusive hubs within our Community Investment Zones Working closely with local residents partners and internal teams youll design and deliver programmes that respond to community needs build resilience and a sense of belonging.

Were looking for someone whos:

  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
  • Passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Abri communities Experienced in community development engagement or similar roles Skilled in organising and facilitating events workshops and activities

Youll be tasked with delivering targeted interventions aligned with Abris Community Investment Strategy as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders and residents. Not only this but youll be responsible for championing ourcafs as central hubs for community connection and support while monitoring and evaluating the impact of the services ensuring continuous improvement and working across both sites adapting to the needs of each community.
