Overview

Location:1445 Research Blvd. Ste. 100 Rockville MD

Schedule: M-F 9 -5 two evening shifts (11 -7) per week required.
Position Type:Full-Time Onsite

Compensation:

  • Associate/Provisional License: $70000 $80000 a year (DOE)
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80000 $85000 a year (DOE)

We are committed to reducing teen anxiety depression and suicide ratesand we need your clinical expertise empathy and creativity to help us achieve that mission.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual family and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
  • Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
  • Ensure timely accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
  • Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
  • Contribute to a positive team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
    • LMSW LGPC LGMFT(Associate/Provisional)
    • LCSW-C LCPC LCMFT(Fully Licensed)

Preferred Experience:

    • 1 year of clinical experience in a residential IOP or PHP setting.
    • Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
    • Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.
    • Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
    • Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
    • Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
