Compensation:
- Associate/Provisional License: $70000 $80000 a year (DOE)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians: $80000 $85000 a year (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Deliver individual family and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
- Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
- Ensure timely accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
- Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
- Contribute to a positive team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- LMSW LGPC LGMFT(Associate/Provisional)
- LCSW-C LCPC LCMFT(Fully Licensed)
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of clinical experience in a residential IOP or PHP setting.
- Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.
- Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
- Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
