Responsibilities
- Facilitate Individual Family and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
- Personalized Caseloads: Manage a focused caseload of up to 6 clients providing high-quality individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
- Collaborate in Integrated Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of therapists medical providers and nurses to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in a holistic integrated environment.
- Timely Documentation: Complete accurate and thorough clinical documentation within required timeframes ensuring compliance and continuity of care for clients.
- Cultural Competency and Adolescent Development: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care addressing the unique psychological needs of adolescents and teens.
- Embrace a Growth-Oriented Work Culture: Thrive in a flexible empathetic and results-driven environment focused on adaptability trust and meaningful change for teens and their families.
- Participate in Rotating On-Call: Serve as an on-call once every six weeks for one week providing support for staff and residents as needed. Willingness to work occasional evenings as needed.
Qualifications
- Clinical license required LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) & LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker.)
- Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health challenges
- Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Experience in residential settings and relational experiential and systemic modalities preferred
