Join Fellowship Community as a Full-Time or Part-Time Activity Aide!
Location: Whitehall PA
Pay: $14$16/hour Benefits (Medical Dental Vision PTO) Scholarships (up to $750 per semester) Early access to earned wages Monthly appreciation events
Make a meaningful impact in a vibrant senior living community! As an Activity Aide youll lead engaging programs that enhance residents quality of life while working in a supportive high-energy environment rooted in our RISE Core Values: Relationships Innovation Stewardship and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement group and individual activities
- Recruit and train volunteers
- Assist with transporting residents to programs
- Maintain organized activity spaces and accurate documentation
- Serve as department contact in Directors absence
Qualifications:
- Creative and innovative mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with geriatric programming preferred
- Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations
- Ability to read write and speak English
- Willingness to complete Feeding Assistant training
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
