BGS Engineering is looking to hire a manager that will lead a team of product support engineers. This role will be supporting the analysis design development and deployment of commercial training. This team is specifically responsible with setting organizational strategies ensuring adherence to technical and product quality standards and integrating internally across all domains (Flight Maintenance Early Career and Safety Data Analytics) and externally with business partners suppliers and customers. The manager needs to have a strong background in product lifecycle support program/project management and change management. This position will be based in Seattle WA with the core team.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages develops and motivates employees performing multi-disciplinary product support roles
Leads planning and integration activities for training programs supporting BCA Fleet Support Global Aerospace Safety and BGS Commercial Training Solutions
Applies knowledge of product support disciplines and program management best practices
Develops business objectives; develops internal policies charters and plans
Integrates technical design practices first pass quality initiatives and content management/sustainment strategies
Integrates externally with CTS business leaders regarding training content prioritization feedback and delivery to customers
Develops and maintains partnerships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders
Provides technical product support to supplier management for oversight and coordination of supplier activities
Coordinates and directs use enterprise software for workflow management technical design/development quality control and delivery of training products

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelors Degree (any discipline)
5 years of experience mentoring coaching and guiding teams
5 years of experience with program and project management
3 years of experience with aerospace products or product support
1 years of experience with commercial training
