Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer Release & deploymentPrimary SkillsStrong understanding of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Azure DevOps Bamboo). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git Bitbucket). Experience in change management and incident management processes (e.g. ITIL framework). Excellent organizational time management and communication skills. Secondary Skills Release management certification or project management certification (e.g. ITIL PMP Certified ScrumMaster).Experience in enterprise-level applications or regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP). JDPlan and manage software releases from development to production across multiple projects and and maintain detailed release calendars plans and timelines ensuring all stakeholders are with development QA operations and business teams to ensure release readiness and post-release and manage risks and dependencies affecting release scope schedule and build and deployment processes ensuring standardization automation and version and lead release readiness reviews milestone meetings and deployment planning documentation of release artifacts including release notes change requests sign-offs and rollback post-release results ensuring quick resolution of issues and continuous improvement of release compliance with change management policies and ITIL best with DevOps or CI CD engineers to streamline release pipelines and improve deployment and manage software releases from development to production across multiple projects and and maintain detailed release calendars plans and timelines ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Coordinate with development QA operations and business teams to ensure release readiness and post release and manage risks and dependencies affecting release scope schedule and documentation of release artifacts including release notes change requests sign offs and rollback and lead release readiness reviews milestone meetings and deployment planning meetingsOversee build and deployment processes ensuring standardization automation and version control.
