Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned locations

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

Create staff schedules and coordinate coverage for absences or emergencies

Train new employees on cleaning procedures equipment use and company standards

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Communicate with clients to address needs concerns or special requests

Assist with onboarding new contracts and preparing job site setups

Ensure all work is completed according to scope and timelines
Qualifications

2 years of experience in janitorial or facility management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and WHMIS procedures

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
