Job Summary

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in the development of TEMPEST Test Plans and Reports
Perform VTI inspections as a member of a team or independently.
Perform ITS inspections under the direction of a certified engineer (CTP II).
Document TEMPEST survey and inspection activities utilizing visual and specialized instrumental methods at US Coast Guard units.
Develop specialized test equipment to facilitate TEMPEST testing.
Provide TEMPEST documentation support in laboratory and field environments.
Assist in identifying and acquiring TEMPEST information needed in the development of test plans.
Assist with development of contingency plans and risk management options.
Manage and moderate bi-weekly TEMPEST Status teleconferences with USCG representatives
Maintain calibration and inventory of TEMPEST Test Equipment
Manages and properly store classified TEMPEST-related database
Update and maintain documentation as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BS in related technical discipline.
Top Secret clearance
Requires a high degree of creative ability innovative analysis approaches engineering skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Strong communications skills both oral and written.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree or equivalent w/ 5 Years Direct Relevant Experience
Proficiency using MS Word Excel Adobe and Outlook.
Strong verbal written interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills to directly support exercise specific applications.
Strong time management and be eager to start and finish new tasks.
Current Microsoft OS Certification.

Location: This is a full-time remote position with 60% travel.

SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
