Job Summary

Role Title: Contracts Admin

Location: London - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home once trained.

Role Purpose:

Provision of all-round admin support maintaining the systems and supporting engineering team.

The ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to situations as they arise

You must have a logical and organised approach to the tasks in hand and be able to meet deadlines for documentation issue

they are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety maintaining the 100% uptime criteria. Also responsible for ensuring the manning levels are maintained.

Maintain excellent standards of response to plant failures completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficiently.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Quotes raised against quote tracker and tracker maintained for fortnightly review
  • Raising jobs and purchase orders on a reactive basic & PPM
  • Chasing reports and filing in all relevant files
  • Maintaining PPM planners in accordance with audit purposes
  • Processing engineers timesheet on a weekly basic
  • Chasing costs following reactive call outs
  • All project works being managed on tracker and updates to Project teams on weekly / month basic.
  • Updating 001 spend tracker for the current year
  • Monthly meeting with Finance admin to review spends and update of reactive costs.
  • Onboarding engineers in a timely manner to allow contractors to work on site
  • Updating sites engineering outlook contractor calendar
  • To be responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account.
