As a Group Product Manager for Adobes Collaboration and Storage team you will drive innovation and craft the future of Brands and on-Brand content creation across Adobe. What youll Do

• Lead and encourage a team of product managers to deliver outstanding products
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product execution
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to determine product roadmap
• Successfully implement strategies that drive product adoption and customer happiness

What you need to succeed

• Degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of practical experience
• Proven track record in product management
• Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
