Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Pinner London. We are seeking a passionate Room Leader for the 25s room to lead a dedicated team and deliver high-quality early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the 25s room and supervise staff
- Plan and implement learning activities in line with EYFS
- Observe childrens development and maintain records
- Foster strong relationships with children parents and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Nursery leadership experience preferred
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
