Job Description
Seeking an individual looking to work in our Dripping Springs office with our great group of people. We are looking for someone to assist the biologist with research document prep and communication. We are looking for someone to join our team as we assist rural land owners throughout Texas. We offer good pay a great team to work with and a lot of wonderful experiences here at Plateau Land & Wildlife.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Proof reading applications
- Entering orders into our job software
- Help maintain client database.
- Ensure client information is correct and up to date
- Organizing and filing client applications
Knowledge Skills and Competencies:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in an Administrative capacity including but not limited to database management customer engagement by phone filing and intra-office communication
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Adobe Acrobat necessary
- Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills
