Job Description

Dove Healthcare a senior living and healthcare company in Wisconsin with a strong history of growth and innovation is seeking a regional director of operations to support our six assisted living residences.

As a regional director of operations - assisted living you will work under the direction and support of our Vice President of Operations to lead and mentor an experienced team of assisted living addition you will:

  • oversee the successful operation of the assisted living residences
  • manage and lead industry best practice strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • support leadership and employee development in providing exceptional quality care
  • guide the development and implementation of long-term and short-term strategies
  • pursue opportunities to enhance that support Dove Healthcare initiatives
  • coordinate and lead assisted living leadership meetings
  • serve as interim director when needed

Required Qualifications

  • previous nursing home or assisted living administrator / director experience
  • CBRF certification
  • thorough knowledge and understanding of state and federal CBRF and RCAC regulations
  • evidence of leadership creativity integrity and initiative
  • previous experience in operations management is preferred
  • effective problem solving and communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • travel throughout Northwestern Wisconsin - regional oversite includes travel to Barron Chippewa Eau Claire Trempealeau and Washburn counties
