What Youll Do:
Oversee all accounting operations reporting compliance and internal controls
Drive budgeting forecasting and financial dashboards
Implement process improvements for scalability and accuracy
Lead and mentor the accounting team
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership
What Were Looking For:
Proven success as a Controller (commercial/industrial sector experience a plus)
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial systems expertise
A hands-on leader who balances strategic oversight with operational detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
