About the Role
Were hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a leading tech company based in Porto. This is a full-time on-site role that focuses entirely on written support no phone work involved.

What Youll Do

Support customers via email and chat only no calls

Handle inquiries provide clear information and resolve issues efficiently

Use internal tools to follow up on cases and document interactions

Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across digital platforms
What You Need
Upper intermediate Spanish (B2-C1) written and reading

Intermediate English (B2) internal communication and tools

Previous customer service experience is a must

Based in or around Porto this is an on-site position

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including possible night shifts)

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
