Job Summary

Customer Service Representative (Italian Speaker)

Location: Remote (based in mainland Portugal)
Start date: October 9th 2025
Language: Native or fluent Italian required

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative. In this role you will handle customer inquiries provide accurate information and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong customer focus. Previous sales experience is mandatory as you will also be expected to identify opportunities and offer relevant solutions.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Sunday 08:00 19:00 (rotating shifts)
2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements:

Native or fluent level of Italian (written and spoken)
Good command of English (minimum B1 recommended)
Proven experience in sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
Flexibility to work rotating schedules
Based in mainland Portugal (remote role)

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: 1000 euros (x14 months)
Daily meal allowance of 7.63 euros
Performance bonus: up to 150 euros (x12 months)
Estimated total monthly compensation: Around 1485 euros
- This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary the performance bonus and the daily meal allowance (calculated for 22 working days per month).
Relocation package (for candidates moving from abroad):
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (280 euros/month all utilities included deducted directly from payslip)
- Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 euros economy class) after 6 months of contract
